Because they are machine knitted they will not lose shape and are machine washable on a woollens cycle, but please don’t tumble dry.
They feature a long snood collar that can be rolled over or worn up to cover the ears.
This Sweaters design is made with ribbed trim and fastens to one side of the tummy with 4 or 5 buttons. No need to worry about pulling the legs through to get it on and off, just slip over the head and fasten easily.
The tummy panel are shaped and curved specifically so that it does not get in the way for boy dogs, but at the same time giving lovely warm coverage for the underside tummy and chest area.
The Contrast Design Sweaters have a main body colour with a contrasting colour ribbed trim and tummy panels.
The shaping, styling and high quality is exactly the same as our other Knitted Sweaters, why change what is already perfect! However we have here such a fashion statement that will turn heads and cant fail to impress.
Because our sweaters are close fitting they can be worn under a waterproof coat if required.
Why not team up with a waterproof coat which will slip on over the sweater and provide a perfect combination for outdoors!
SIZING: Please measure your hound as per the image in this listing photos, and message me to inform me of them as soon as possible after placing your order. I need to know the following: A: base of neck to beginning of tail, B: and C: girth around deepest part of chest. This will enable me to match your hound with the best fitting sweater possible.
***It is really important not to add length to your measurement A to base of the tail because we allow extra length in our sizing to ensure good hind coverage. We love to cover the hips and bottom with our designs so please don’t over measure! ***
XL Greyhound = Length 32-34", Chest Girth 32-34"
L Greyhound = Length 30-32”, Chest Girth 30-32”
M Greyhound = Length 28-30”, Chest Girth 28-30”
S Greyhound = Length 26-28”, Chest Girth 26-28”
XS Greyhound = Length 25-27”, Chest Girth 25-27’

If the chest girth of your hound falls into a larger size then please order the next size up, it is also very important that you do not add length when measuring to the base of tail. This is because our designs and sizing allows for excellent coverage over the hips and bottom, we add extra length to our sweaters and coats to allow for this. We like their bums to be covered so all our designs achieve this!
If you find that you need to exchange size please contact me immediately. As long as the return is received in it’s original packaging and in perfect condition we will always send out an exchange size. You are responsible for paying the return postage, and then we send out and cover the cost to send your different size.
Please ensure all stray hairs are removed from the inside and outside of the item, this is really important or we cannot resell it,or refund.
All of our items are machine washable, however waterproofs must be washed WITHOUT detergents, in plain water only to ensure the waterproofing is not affected.
Tweeds, Sweaters, fleeces and all indoor coats can be washed on a woollens or synthetics cycle but please don’t tumble dry.
