We are proud to bring to Etsy this luxurious Purple Jersey House Coat; that is unique, stunning & so perfect if you are looking for a lighter weight indoor cosy & stylish coat for your Greyhound, Lurcher or Whippet. It drapes beautifully, this coat is a one off production, with limited stock.
These coats are fully lined with soft cotton jersey, and have a slot in the collar for lead attachment. The collar is mid length and can be rolled over to show the marl grey lining. The fabrics are gorgeous, the Purple outer fabric has a lovely sheen to it, is cool to touch, soft, stylish & bound to turn heads when seen out and about.
*** This does not have a slot for the harness, although a harness could easily be worn over the top as this coat is not bulky.***
The styling and shape is enhanced by contrast dark navy piping detail, the fabrics are plush and elegant, this Purple shade matches our Purple Quilted Jacket perfectly and could easily be worn with a QJ or lightweight Rain Mac over the top of it.
This style slips on over the head and fastens with a Velcro belt that proudly displays our instantly recognisable logo badge. This are practical, high quality, easy wear, perfect for indoors and as a walking out coat on dry days.

SIZING: Please measure your hound from A, base of neck to beginning of tail and B, girth around deepest part of chest.
***It is really important not to add length to your measurement A to base of the tail because we allow extra length in our sizing to ensure good hind coverage. We love to cover the hips and bottom with our designs so please don’t over measure! ***

If the chest girth of your hound falls into a larger size then please order the next size up, it is also very important that you do not add length when measuring to the base of tail. This is because our designs and sizing allows for excellent coverage over the hips and bottom, we add extra length to our sweaters and coats to allow for this. We like their bums to be covered so all our designs achieve this!
If you find that you need to exchange size please contact me immediately. As long as the return is received in it’s original packaging and in perfect condition we will always send out an exchange size. You are responsible for paying the return postage, and then we send out and cover the cost to send your different size.
Please ensure all stray hairs are removed from the inside and outside of the item, this is really important or we cannot resell it,or refund.
All of our items are machine washable, however waterproofs must be washed WITHOUT detergents, in plain water only to ensure the waterproofing is not affected.
Tweeds, Sweaters, fleeces and all indoor coats can be washed on a woollens or synthetics cycle but please don’t tumble dry.
